These Terms govern your access to and use of the 4Brokr network and platform. By requesting access or using 4Brokr, you agree to these Terms.
4Brokr is invite-only. Submitting a request does not create an account or guarantee access. Every application is reviewed, and approval is at our discretion. We may decline or revoke access to keep the network trustworthy.
You must be a real estate professional and provide accurate information. You authorise us to verify your credentials and working area, including against public registration records. Misrepresenting your identity, license, or track record is grounds for removal.
4Brokr provides tools to publish inventory and propose structured co-brokerage deals. We are not a party to deals between members and do not guarantee outcomes. Members are responsible for their own agreements, disclosures, and compliance with applicable real estate laws.
The platform, its design, and its content are owned by 4Brokr or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Brokr is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from deals between members.
You may stop using 4Brokr at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or to protect the network.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered office location have exclusive jurisdiction.
